Hi everyone, I have fiinally opened my new JenuArt Abstracts poster shop.

This shop is on my website and specifically for posters. It is my favourite way to buy art at an affordable price, as I am sure many of you will agree.

Until now my art has been available on Imagekind and Zazzle in various forms, and products, and will continue to be available there.

I would also like to take this opportunity to share my point of view on abstract art - something that is discussed a lot and has an incredible amount of differing views.

For me, the beauty and creation of abstract art is all about the viewer and their interpretation of what they see within the colours, shapes and form and their emotional response.

The artist is purely the tool used to break all the art rules and bring the shapes, forms, colours together, thus allowing the viewer the freedom of exploration and the emotional response they feel, rather than just see, encapsulated within the abstract.

As an abstract artist I confess that the artwork I produce is not planned or even thought about - i.e. what am I going to paint etc. - apart from my Angelic Energy paintings where I was given a written outline of angelic beings and the paintings evolved from there.  

Of course my art training and years of drawing and painting has given me the advantage of knowing instinctively which colours to use once I start. However, what I produce on an abstract, emotional, level comes from my subconscious mind and is always a wonderful surprise for me when it is complete.
